Terms & Conditions of Coach Hire
- Bookings & Payments
- All bookings are subject to availability and are only confirmed upon receipt of a 20% non-refundable deposit.
- The remaining balance must be paid no later than 5 days prior to the date of travel, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- We reserve the right to cancel any booking where payment has not been received in accordance with these terms.
- Pricing & Additional Charges
- All quoted prices are exclusive of parking charges, tolls, congestion charges, and any other third-party costs, unless specified otherwise.
- Any additional waiting time, route changes, or extended hire not agreed upon in advance may incur extra charges.
- Late Payment Charges Policy:
- If the invoice remains unpaid after 60 days (2 months) from the due date, a 20% late payment surcharge will be applied to the total outstanding amount.
- If the invoice remains unpaid after 90 days (3 months) from the due date, a 50% late payment surcharge will be applied to the total outstanding amount.
- Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations made by the Client less than 7 days prior to the departure date will result in the full payment being non-refundable.
- Cancellations made before this period will forfeit the deposit but may be eligible for partial refunds depending on notice and circumstances.
- In the unlikely event we need to cancel, a full refund will be offered.
- Delays & Disruptions
- We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, road closures, or other circumstances beyond our control.
- We will make reasonable efforts to minimize any inconvenience caused by delays.
- Passenger Conduct
- Passengers must behave in an orderly manner. Any abusive, violent, or antisocial behaviour may result in immediate termination of service without refund.
- Smoking, consumption of alcohol, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited on all our vehicles.
- The Client is responsible for any damage caused by their party to the vehicle and will be liable for repair and cleaning costs.
- Luggage & Personal Belongings
- Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings. We do not accept liability for any loss or damage to luggage or personal items.
- The driver has the right to refuse items deemed unsafe or excessive in volume.
- Vehicle Substitution
- We reserve the right to provide a substitute vehicle of similar seating capacity (which may, if necessary, be divided into more than one vehicle) in the event of a breakdown or unforeseen circumstances.
- Liability
- Our liability is limited to providing the transport service as agreed. We are not responsible for any consequential losses, missed events, or alternative travel arrangements caused by delays, cancellations, or breakdowns.
- Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence
- Force Majeure
- We shall not be held liable for failure to perform our obligations due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of God, strikes, lockouts, or governmental restrictions.
- Governing Law
- These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of United Kingdom.
